To allow our matching process to work to the best of its ability, it is advisable to call into our office for a coffee and a chat so that together we can work out the best solution for your individual needs. This initial consultation is, of course, OBLIGATION FREE to yourself and SOLUTIONS, which means you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Free Compatibility Search

Standard & Express Membership Packages

Your file will be reviewed for your first introduction immediately upon enrolment. We will then confirm your introduction for you with the other person concerned. Your file is then placed in an "inactive" situation.

When you are ready to request your next introduction, you must complete and return your "matching request slip" giving sufficient feedback on the last introduction received. We will then confirm you next introduction either 2 weeks or 1 month from your last introduction, depending on the package you've chosen.

It is possible for you to receive an introduction without having requested one, however this occurs only when another member CHOOSES YOU as their match.

Solutions Personalised Membership

• You can choose a particular consultant to handle your file and introductions. If you so desire, this consultant will also be responsible for organising any adverts that may be placed on your behalf.
• Your file is reviewed on a REGULAR BASIS so your details are always being checked with NEW MEMBERS. This increases your matching potential.
• PROFILES OF POTENTIAL PARTNERS MAY BE SENT TO YOU. So you can inform us of which person or persons particularly appeal to you. This will help when organising future introductions.
• Where possible and as long as the other party agrees, we may be able to show photos of potential partners. This however is something not guaranteed in all cases.
• There is NO NEED to send in your ‘Matching Request Slips’ when you are requesting a match. All you need to do is telephone our office, provide feedback of last match, then simply request another match and let us know when you would prefer us to have it ready by.
• You are entitled to request 20 matches. You may however receive more than this amount during your membership with us. This is because we promote you to many potential partners and give them an opportunity to CHOOSE YOU as THEIR MATCH.
• We do not restrict you by putting a time limit on your 20 match service. You can use your 20 match service at your own pace.
• The whole aim of this service is to keep your details “Active” until such time as you are dating someone special. If this occurs, then we simply place your file on HOLD. Until you advise us otherwise.
